These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met.
wi786 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using strategies or bet patterns designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; collusion between accounts; and hedging bets across accounts. Detection of bonus abuse may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of bonus funds and forfeiture of associated winnings.
wi786 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion, bonus offer or VIP benefit at any time, with or without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress at the time of the change.
A bet is accepted only when confirmed by wi786's system and a bet reference number is issued. wi786 reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion prior to acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where wi786 expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit facility.
Bets are settled in accordance with wi786's official settlement rules, which are based on verified results from authoritative sources. For cricket markets (including Pakistan national team, PSL and ICC tournaments), settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Settlement timeframes may vary depending on the event type and data provider feeds.
wi786 reserves the right to void any bet where:
Live (in-play) betting markets reflect odds generated from real-time data feeds. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, there may be brief delays between market updates. wi786 is not responsible for the outcome of bets accepted during communication delays or data feed interruptions. Unusually large in-play bets may be subject to manual review prior to acceptance.
Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed within the platform at the time of bet placement. In no circumstances will wi786 be liable for paying out more than the stated maximum payout limit for any single bet, regardless of the calculated return.
Each casino game on wi786 operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are encouraged to read the specific game rules before wagering. In live casino games, the on-screen dealer's ruling is final for all matters relating to game play, subject to internal review where a technical error is alleged.

In the event of a dispute between a User and wi786, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through wi786's internal complaints process, accessible via the Support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be referred to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as provided for under wi786's operating license terms.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that Users may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
